How we collect consent
Consent is collected from the consumer before any marketing or recurring promotional messages are sent. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations you requested) are sent only after you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts through one of the methods below.
- 1 Website form (this page and Contact) — You enter your phone number and actively check the consent box shown below before submitting.
- 2 Zrap / Boaz assistant — During onboarding or scheduling, you are asked to confirm SMS notifications; consent is recorded when you agree in the conversation flow.
- 3 Written or verbal agreement — Business customers may sign a service agreement that includes SMS notification terms; a copy is available on request.
Example opt-in form
The checkbox and disclosure below are shown to consumers before we send SMS messages. This is the consent language displayed at the point of collection.
